This book was converted from Word format to epub and mobi. It was a complex project, as there were over 550 images (200 of which were mathematical equations, 100 were special characters like square root, pi, and phi amid sentences—some in symbol font) and 140 pre-linked hyperlink chapter end notes as well as cross-references to be checked to epub and mobi. There were over 100 content changes made to the ebook after conversion—all of which made this a very challenging job. We now feel after working on this ebook that we can do just about anything!
