About the project
This project was fairly straightforward. Glenda provided us with a Word document manuscript for ebook conversion, and we designed the cover. We created a bright and happy image with a figure dancing freely. Once the ebook was converted we aggregated it to our usual vendors.

About the book
I was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson's disease 12 years ago, and remained in the closet for 10 years before I was finally ready to come out with my diagnosis and share my story. I had deep brain stimulation surgery 3 months ago. I have been in contact with so many people young and old, either newly diagnosed or been diagnosed years ago, who do not know much about resources and relevant info with regard to their illness. My heart breaks for them, and I want to help these people and show them that they are not alone, that this is not the end of the road. What better way to help them than by sharing my journey and my experiences in a positive light.

About the author
