About the project
Julie brought her book to us as a Word Document. We started with an edit of the recipes before progressing with the ebook development. Once this was complete we used our Ebook Designer's Touch to design the interior, though we kept the book to Julie's specifications and kept her involved in every level of design. We also worked with Julie on the cover design, using an image she provided and making some updates to make it complete.

About the project:
Max brought us a manuscript that he wanted converted in to ePub and mobi reflowing formats, along with a cover design. We ended up selling him on the idea of eBook Designers Touch(TM) as well to make his book all the more professional.

The cover was designed to reflect the success in Sales that the book offers to assist with and in the end Max was left with a fully re-designed and professional looking product, from one simple word file. About the project
Originally Arthur came to us for an edit, which we completed towards the end of 2014. Once that edit was completed and approved by Arthur, we moved on to creating an ebook. Using supplied imagery we created a cover that matched the tone and setting of the novel. This cover design inspired our Ebook Designer’s Touch™. The ebook came together very quickly, and we loaded it on all of our vendors.

About the project
We edited this short book before applying our Ebook Designer’s Touch™. The Ebook Designer’s Touch™ attempted to invoke a professional yet approachable style, as the book is intended for young professionals just heading into their first professional arena.

Graeme intends to distribute this book himself on Amazon Kindle, so we converted the book into a mobi for him. After some tweaking to make sure it looked its best on as many devices as possible, the book was ready to hand over to Graeme. John came to us with a Microsoft Word manuscript. We designed the front cover and applied our trademark eBook Designers Touch™ to the manuscript, to make it aesthetically pleasing as an eBook. This included processing elements such as indented lists, footnotes and various appendices and references.

About the project
We were involved in this book from the very beginning, in that we did the editing of the manuscript before the conversion process began. We designed the front cover, which also involved illustrating the image that ended up on the front cover. We used our Ebook Designer’s Touch™ to make the interior of the book visually appealing to the reader and the book was then converted from Microsoft Word to epub and mobi. This was a fairly straightforward eBook conversion however it did involve embedding fonts, which is not usually the norm with ebooks. This book looks like a very interesting and fascinating read. About the project:
We first designed this book for print (see excerpts from the book below), including the front and back cover design. We liaised with the client and then later the printer to get the book looking exactly right and then provided print-ready pdfs to the printer when the job was all ready to go. We then began the conversion process. We were really happy with the easy transition from print layout to ebook. The design transferred very nicely, with the final result being an attractively designed print book and ebook in both epub and mobi formats. ...continue reading "The Bracelet"
