You must earn $150 USD each month to be sent a payment each month. If not, earnings are carried over month-to-month and are finally sent when you reach $150 USD in earnings.

You must complete the US tax form setup for any paid contracts.

You must submit ABN/GST information.

You must provide banking in iTunes Connect.

Financial reports are distributed once a month and are available for download exclusively through the Payments and Financial Reports module of iTunes Connect. Financial reports are generally available for a given month *by the end of the following month*. Reports generate and post to iTunes Connect by territory. They will not all appear simultaneously in iTunes Connect. You will not receive financial reports for a given territory unless you have completed financial transactions for that territory for that fiscal month. They will not complete for a given month until several days before the next payment is due.

Once all documentation is complete, payments are made no later than forty-five (45) days following the end of each monthly period if the payment threshold of USD $150 has been exceeded. Payments are sent by electronic transfer based upon the banking details you provided in iTunes Connect.

After receiving your financial reports, if you have met the payment requirements, you will see the "Next Payment Date" on the Summary and Owed tabs of the Financial Reports module. http://www.apple.com/itunes/go/itunesconnect/financialreports. However, please note that this date will appear after financial reports have completed for *all developers.* Payments are sent the 5th Thursday after the close of each fiscal month. The Apple fiscal calendar is available in iTunes Connect at the bottom left side of the screen, via the Payments and Financial Reports link.
